Fábrica Douro is the controller of the personal data collected on this website, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What data we collect. Only what you send us in the contact and booking forms: name, email, phone, message and the visit details (pack, day, time and number of people).
What for. To reply to your request, manage the booking and send the confirmation. We do not use this data for advertising, nor do we sell or share it with third parties.
For how long. Only as long as needed to handle the request and meet legal obligations.
Your rights. You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability of your data by writing to geral@fabricadouro.pt. You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD), at cnpd.pt.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
It only stores a technical note in your browser, deleted when you close the tab, so as not to repeat the opening animation. The website's fonts are served by Adobe Fonts, which may record technical usage data such as your IP address.
