Booking
Advance booking: up to 2 days before for the Base and Classic Packs and up to 5 days before for the Premium and Exclusive Packs. Minimum 2 and maximum 20 people.
Payment
100% of the total cost of the experience is charged when the booking is confirmed.
Cancellation
Up to 3 days before the visit, a fee of 20% of the total is charged. With less than 3 days' notice, 100% is charged.
No-show
100% of the total booking is charged.
Closed
Weekends and national and local holidays.
Children
Up to age 12 they go free. For the Premium and Exclusive Packs, the price is adjusted on confirmation.
