Tasting notes

Very harmonious, with intense fruitiness and notes of freshly cut grass, tomato leaf and olive leaf. On the palate, an excellent balance of bitterness and pepperiness, a harmonious structure and an elegant finish. Fresh, complex, of great sensory quality.
